'BUT YOU, KEEP YOUR HEAD IN ALL SITUATIONS.."
(2 Timothy 4:5)
Calamaties in business, such as losing a major customer, having customer’s complains, our services rated below demanding.., may make it seem as though the sky is failing.
Panic may be a natural reaction, but it never helps the situation and often makes things worse.
When circumstances take a turn for the worse, sit down, take a few deep breaths, and begin to calmly assess the situation.
Identify the problem and the damage caused, and then focus on what you can do.
· If it’s an issue of loosing a key customer, call the customer and find out what precipitated their decision to leave? Listen carefully and make sure you understand the issue.
· If customers complained, put all your heart, your mind just to listen first, calm customers, verify clearly the complains with anyone, anything relates to the complains, gently apologize and revert the customers as we have clarified, giving customers redemption’s ideal for their return with better service.
· Continue growing, innovating services, and find chances to approach customers for their trail the new-upgraded services.
Next, determine whether you can take any positive active to retain the customer.
Ask if any changes on our part will reverse the customer’s decision.
Either way, learn from our mistakes and change any business practices necessary so that other customers will stay.
TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND LEAN NOT ON YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING.
